De eerste levering was helaas zoekgeraakt en na contact met de leverancier kreeg ik mijn tweede zending aangeboden met nog eens een fraaie attentie erbij. Wat mij betreft had dit uiteraard niet gehoeven maar desalniettemin ben ik er heel erg blij mee! De kwaliteit is uitstekend en in de toekomst zal ik zeker hier weer gaan bestellen!

I had the pleasure in contacting the owner VK about inquiring a custom order. He was very nice and friendly and direct. He no problem taking my measurements. Typically I run into shoe’s that run too narrow for my wide pair of feet. That’s the beauty about shopping on Etsy is that you have the opportunity to speak with the shop owners directly. So I ended up ordering 2 pairs. Package arrived in do time. It was nicely handled and neatly packaged. The outcome exceeded my expectations and I am a very satisfied customer. The shipping took a while, but definitely worth the wait.

Would have loved to receive my order as it was purchased as a gift. Seller was responsive to begin with then after purchase heard nothing from him. Order status was changed to “dispatched” on 30/04 when shipping estimate was 16/04 to 06/05. When checked tracking, status only said that seller printed a label. remained this way up until 29/05 when I requested a refund. My order was never even shipped. I attempted to contact the seller twice between 07/05 and 29/05 and received no response at all. After requesting refund the only communication I received was him confirming that i received a refund. No apology no explanation. I do understand that life gets in the way and I understand we’re all human, but some bare minimum professionalism would have been greatly appreciated. Do not purchase from this seller, very unreliable.

I wish I could leave a proper review but I haven’t received the item or know where it is in its shipping. I wasn’t given a tracking number so I could follow it. I asked for it but no answer. I don’t know when I’ll get them. I’m sure the sandals are great looking according to the other reviews. Until I receive this is all I can say.

Still wearing the same sandals that I bought 3 years ago. Just bought a second pair in case the first ones need to be replaced sometime in the future ^^. And when the new ones get older I will buy another one... LOVE them, SOOO comfy!! For normal shows I usually wear EU size 47. For this sandals, EU 46 fit perfectly!
